Finding Peace In Planning.

You and your family, colleagues, or caregivers are invited to join for one, some, or all discussions at this conference.

Join us on Friday, November 4, from 9a – 1:30 pm for the Washington County Cancer Conference. The theme of the conference is  ‘Finding Peace in Planning.The conference will offer patients in treatment, survivors, and caregivers an interactive tour guided by The Five Wishes Conversation Guide. Wishes include:

  • Who you want to make health care decisions for you when you can't make them.

  • The kind of medical treatment you want or don't want.

  • How comfortable you want to be.

  • How you want people to treat you.

  • What you want your loved ones to know.

In addition to compiling a guide, you’re invited to listen to speakers discussing cancer in Maine and emerging supports, a patient panel, and a complimentary lunch.

The conference is free, open to all and is planning to be hosted in person.

    Yes. Once you register, you may join the conference at your leisure and are encouraged to check in at 8:30a.

  • Will this conference be streamed on zoom?

    No. At the moment, there is not a plan to stream this conference live.
